What to put in the message
Anything is fine, but these four lines get you a straight answer the first time:
- The email address your account uses.
- The app's name, or its address if it is live.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Roughly when it happened, so we can find it in the logs.
If something in an app looks wrong, the browser's own error console often holds the one line that explains it. Paste it in if you can find it. If you cannot, say so and we will look from our side.
Things that come here rather than a button
- Deleting your account. There is no self-serve button yet. Ask, and we remove your account, its apps and spaces, and cancel any subscription.
- A copy of your data. Ask and we will send your apps and what they have stored.
- Refunds and billing questions. Payments run through Dodo Payments, but write to us first and we will sort it out.
- An app you cannot open. If someone shared an app with you and sign-in will not let you through, tell us the address and the email you tried.
- Reporting an app. If an app on Tiniest Cloud is impersonating someone, phishing, or otherwise breaking the terms, send us its address and we will look at it.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability, write to the same address with "security" in the subject and please give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else. We will confirm we received it, keep you posted, and credit you if you would like that.
Connected agents
If you reached us because of Claude, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT or Cursor acting on your account, say which one. An agent can do exactly what you could do yourself, and every one of them can be disconnected from Settings at any time.
Elsewhere
The privacy policy says what we keep and why. The terms say what each of us agrees to. The changelog says what changed recently, which sometimes answers the question on its own.
