Who we are
Tiniest Cloud is operated by Mohamed Yameen. The service runs at app.tiniest.cloud; deployed apps are served from apps.tiniest.cloud and from custom domains their owners connect. For anything about these terms, write to support@tiniest.cloud.
What the service is
Tiniest Cloud hosts static frontends and gives each one sign-in, per-user storage, realtime rooms, push notifications, scheduled jobs, a proxy to third-party APIs the owner connects, and access to a language model. Apps are deployed by their owners or by agents their owners connect. What each plan includes, and its limits, is on the pricing page.
Your account
- You need a working email address. It is how we reach you and how sign-in works.
- An account is for one person. Teams work through spaces, where you invite others by email.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what an agent you connected does with it. An agent can do exactly what you could do, until you disconnect it in Settings.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
Your apps and their data
- What you deploy is yours, and so is what your apps store. We claim no ownership of any of it.
- You give us the permission we need to host it: to store your files and data, serve them to the people you share with, and keep versions so you can roll back. That permission ends when the app or the account is deleted, subject to the retention periods in the privacy policy.
- You are responsible for your apps: their content, what they do with the data of the people who use them, and their compliance with the law where you and they are. We do not review app content before it goes live.
- You decide who can open each app. A share to an email address lets that person in until you remove it.
- A custom domain you connect must be yours to use, and keys you connect for third-party services must be ones you are allowed to use that way. If a registrar or a service tells us otherwise, we disconnect it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tiniest Cloud, or an app on it, to:
- break the law, or host content you have no right to;
- phish, distribute malware, send spam, or deceive people about who is behind an app;
- harass, threaten, or expose people;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the platform or with other people's apps;
- use the built-in AI or the API proxy in ways their providers forbid, or to generate content that is illegal or harmful;
- resell access to the platform itself as if it were yours.
If an app or an account breaks these rules we may take it offline or suspend the account. We tell you when we do, unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.
Limits and fair use
Each plan has limits on storage, requests, AI usage, jobs and connected domains, shown on the pricing page. Where a limit is reached the affected feature pauses until the next period or an upgrade. If an app's traffic threatens the service for everyone else, we may throttle it while we talk to you.
Paid plans
- Paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record: you buy from Dodo, Dodo handles card details and sales tax, and Dodo settles with us. Their terms apply to the purchase itself.
- Prices are on the pricing page and may change; a change applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it does.
- A subscription renews until you cancel. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period already paid for, after which the account moves to the free plan and anything above its limits pauses.
- Refund requests go to the address above. We handle them case by case, and always as consumer law where you live requires.
Ending things
- You can delete an app at any time; it sits in the recycle bin for 30 days and is then removed for good. To delete your account, write to the address above.
- We can end an account for a breach of these terms, and we can end the service itself. If we close the service, or end an account for a reason other than breach, we give at least 30 days' notice and a way to download your apps and data.
- When an account ends, its apps stop serving and its data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We run Tiniest Cloud carefully, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features. A change that removes something you rely on is announced ahead of time where we can. Do not build anything on Tiniest Cloud where a failure would put someone's safety, health or livelihood at risk.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data, except where the law does not let us exclude them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibility to us
If a claim is made against us because of an app you deployed or something done under your account, you will cover the costs and damages that result, provided we tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in defending it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts there. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you that cannot be taken away by agreement.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. A change that reduces your rights is announced by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
