Is this for internal tools?
Yes — that is most of what teams build here. The rota, the tracker, the dashboard, the form that posts to the channel. The person who builds with an AI agent puts it online; the team is already signed in.
Does IT need to set anything up?
No. The person who builds signs in, makes a space for the team, and adds people by email. There is nothing to install and no machine anyone has to look after.
Can people outside the company use it?
Customers can. They get their own rooms, can be on any email, and see only their own things. Team members — the people who share the team’s data — have to be on your company’s domain.
What if the person who built it leaves?
The space keeps every app in it. Another admin of the space takes over, and nothing is lost.
Where does the data live?
With the space. One team cannot read another’s, and that is enforced on the server, not left to a setting in the app.
What does it cost?
Team is $15 a month per builder. If two people build and forty people use it, that is two seats. Everyone on the team shares one pool of AI.
